Just imagine the taste of freshly picked apples, apricots or pears. They were green and small in the beginning of their path. Through the life they were kissed by the shining sun, watered by gentle rains and fertilized and cared for by kind farmer. When the time came and they ripened, these fruits were picked by kind farmer’s hands and delivered to the market, still fresh, for you to have them on your dining room table. That’s why it is important to reward such care by putting fruits on a special place in your house. You can just stuck them in a fridge’s drawer for later. Why at all leave fruits for later? Most of us eat them on a way home, especially children. They just can’t wait to bite on a delicious fruit. But if you bought a lot, make sure that they stay nicely organized and at hand’s reach.
If you have extra drawers in the kitchen stand utilize them for keeping fruits and veggies. Veggies can stay at the bottom drawer since you mostly use them for cooking, not for eating as a separate meal. And on the top drawer will be fruits.
